How do I hear advice from my Higher Guides?

Welcome to this Receiving Guidance Meditation! This is a guided meditation that will help with receiving guidance from your Higher Guides. This could be from Spirit Guides, Guardian Angels, Inner Wisdom, the Universe, the Collective Unconscious, or your Higher Self. Wherever you want that guidance to come from. If you don’t know where you’re seeking the information from – that’s okay. I talk about the mindset for receiving guidance and information during meditation in more depth in the recent Let’s Talk video which I’ll link above. Have your intended problem or question ready. You may also want to have a journal nearby to write down your impressions or information afterward. Don’t worry if this doesn’t come naturally at first – this does require practice. Whenever you’d like to either strengthen your connection to your Guides, or receive information, sit with this meditation.
